for the Kansas City IBM PC User Group members. It contains information for our
members and guests - or anyone interested in learning more about PC's and PC
software.
The IBM PC User Group was established in Kansas City in 1981. The group is dedicated to providing information about PC hardware and software. We are delighted to announce our CURRENT LOCATION in the Plaza! Julie Welch has arranged for us to meet at her offices, in the large conference room of Meara Welch Browne, Suite 430, Plaza Corporate Center Building, (M&I Bank) 800 West 47th Street (between Madison and Summit), Kansas City, MO. The parking garage is north of the building on Summit, across the street from the Sheraton Hotel. There are two entrances. The north entrance leads to the top level Visitor’s Parking with a walkway directly into the 4th floor. There is an intercom at the left of the locked door marked Phone for MWB customers. Press button, and we will hurry down the hall to let you in. If weather is wet, park in the covered parking on the level below. Beginners' questions can be answered before to the regular meeting, from 6:00 to 7:00. At 7:00 PM we have guest speakers from the community and industry. Learn about new products, recent innovations, and how to benefit from them. For further information contact the User Group President, Bill Meeker (The Meeker Company), 816-444-8709, or E-mail: billmeeker@msn.com. | |||
